03 · Choose the specifications
Review storage layouts, boards, finishes and hardware. Ask for a written list of inclusions and exclusions, including any applicable taxes, removal, transport or installation charges.
04 · Agree before execution
Confirm price, payment milestones, responsibilities and the proposed schedule in the project agreement. Scope changes should be priced and approved before the additional work proceeds.
05 · Review the finished work
Agree the handover checks, snag-list process and any product or workmanship support terms. Ask which warranties come from the manufacturer and which are provided by the contractor.
